Do I need to change how I use AIM?

No. Your staff keep ringing sales in AIMsi exactly as they do today. City Music Cloud reads changes through the Active-e API in the background.

Which AIM versions are supported?

AIM v12 with Active-e API access. If you're on an older AIMsi build, contact us and we'll tell you honestly whether it will work.

What counts as a SKU?

Each distinct item number in your AIM inventory that you want synced. Kits and bundles built from components don't count double.

Is there a contract?

Month to month. Early-access stores help shape the product and lock their rate.
